This item contains a folder and 1- to 2-page sheet music for orchestra parts: 1st violin with advertisements on front and back covers, 1st clarinet in B flat, piano accompaniment, 1st cornet in B flat, 2nd violin, viola, cello, bass, piccolo, 2nd cornet in B flat, trombone, drums and bells; publisher number 6028-15. "The Great Medley Two Step Hit" features works "When It's Moonlight on the Praisie" ("There's a parson only twenty miles away.") composed by Henry and "All She Gets from the Iceman is Ice! Ice! Ice!" by Solman. Instructions on all non-wind instruments, say to shout "Ice! Ice! Ice!" at the end. The stamp "A. E. WITHAM VIOLINIST TORONTO" was added in black ink on sheets. Series number: 457.
