This item contains a folder and 1-page sheet music for orchestra parts: 1st violin, 2nd violin, viola, cello, bass, flute, 1st B flat clarinet, 1st B flat trumpet cornet [2 copies], 2nd B flat trumpet cornet, trombone, drums, E flat alto saxophone, B flat tenor saxophone. On 1st violin part it references three compositions: "(After the Ball) Permission of Cas. K. Harris"; "(Sidewalks of New York) Permission of Maurice Richmond Co."; "(On the Bowery) Permission of T.B. Harms". The stamp "A. E. WITHAM VIOLINIST TORONTO" was added in black ink on sheets. The stamp "Fred Fisher, Inc. Toronto, Canada Alf. Feldman Canadian Representative" was added in purple ink on back of 1st violin part.
