This file contains a study which documents the experiences and observations of women working on the Hibernia construction project at Mosquito Cove, Bull Arm, Newfoundland. In examining women's involvement in Hibernia-related training and employment, it provides an assessment of how far they have been able to become full and equal members of the project labour force. The analysis is guided by and based on the experiences of women at the construction site, collected though a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews.
