This item contains an envelope and 1- to 3-page sheet music for parts: piano accompaniment, violin I, violin obbligato, violin II, viola, violoncello, bass, flute, clarinet I in B flat, cornet I in B flat, cornet II in B flat, trombone, Drums etc. (Timpani in B flat & E flat), harmonium (ad lib.). Publisher's number: 26029. Below the title, it states "From 'THE BLUE PARADISE'". The stamp "A. E. WITHAM VIOLINIST TORONTO" in black ink was added on most sheets.
