This item contains a folder and 2- to 3-page sheet music for orchestra parts: piano-conductor, 1st violin (conductor), 2nd violin, viola, cello, bass, flute and piccolo, 1st clarinet in A, 1st cornet in A, 2nd cornet in A; bass trombone, drums and triangle; publisher number H. & S. 4440. Several parts include a line of advertisement. The stamp "A. E. WITHAM VIOLINIST TORONTO" was added in black ink on folder and "A. E. WITHAM" in blue ink on sheets.
