History

Dorothy Jane Curzon (née Sanders) was a feminist activist and one of the founders of the New Feminists Organization in Toronto, which participated in numerous demonstrations and welcomed members of diverse political affiliation. Curzon taught accounting at Sheridan College from 1965-1975, having obtained her chartered accountant certificate from the University of Toronto. Curzon had three children with her husband, David Macklem Curzon.
