Transcript for interview with Lola Lange, commissioner on the Royal Commission on the Status of Women, February 25th, 1995, Langley, BC. Interviewed by Barbara M. Freeman. Lola Lange was a feminist from Alberta involved in organizations like the Alberta Farm Wives' Union and 4-H. In 1967 Lola was awarded a grant by the Bank of Montreal to study the effects of continuing education in rural and farming communities. Lange's role on the commission was to represent the voices of women living in rural farming communities.
