This is an interview conducted Friday, 1 September 2023 with Rumina Velshi, President and CEO of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission since 2018. Ms. Velshi was one of the first female engineers to enter the nuclear industry in Canada, and one of the first women to perform radioactive work. She was also one of the founding members of Canada's Women in Science and Engineering and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Institute for Women in Engineering and Science (CIWES). The interviewer is Meghan Tibbits-Lamirande.

Il s'agit d'une interview de Rumina Velshi, présidente et première dirigeante de la Commission canadienne de sûreté nucléaire depuis 2018. Mme Velshi a été l'une des premières femmes ingénieurs à entrer dans l'industrie nucléaire au Canada, et l'une des premières femmes à effectuer un travail radioactif. Elle a également été l'un des membres fondateurs des Femmes en sciences et en génie du Canada et siège actuellement au conseil d'administration de l'Institut canadien des femmes en ingénierie et en sciences (ICFIS).
