Sub series consists of reports, meeting minutes, instructions for interviewing alleged witnesses of flying saucers, memos and other material pertaining to Project Second Storey/Story. Project Second Storey was a committee within the Canadian government, and established on April 22, 1952 to investigate claims and reports of UFOs. The committee was also linked to Project Magnet (under the direction of Wilbert Smith) until both dissolved in 1954.
