The fonds consists of the University Women Club of Ottawa (1910-1991) and the Canadian Federation of University Women of Ottawa (1991-to now) organisational records. The fonds is divided into eight series. The first five series consist of documents related to the Club's administration, membership, activities, and involvements. They contain meeting minutes and agendas, reports, correspondence, programs, scrapbooks, photographs, banners, and a justice hammer. The last three series consist of documents related to CFUW-O administration, membership, activities, and involvements. They contain correspondence, meeting minutes and agendas, reports, programs, and include presidents’ records. The last series is related to the Scholarship Trust Fund (STF). It contains correspondence, meeting minutes and agenda, and includes STF chair presidents’ records.
