シリーズ S7 - Liaisons and Cooperation

This series consists of records related to Victoria Rape Relief Society’s liaisons and cooperation with other organizations with social concerns. The series contains records related to the Canadian Association of Sexual Assault Centres’ creation and activities. The Society participated to the creation of the Canadian Association of Sexual Assault Centres. The Victoria Rape Crisis Centre hosted a national conference in 1978 with the objective to form this association. It contains also records related to the cooperation with unions, with the British Columbia Federation of Women, and with the National Action Committee on Status of Women. It consists of correspondence, open letters, statement of demand, immediate release, newsletters, reports, notes, application membership correspondence.
