The fonds includes correspondence, data sheets, newspaper clippings, many research documents and some sex education materials. The collection has a significant amount of material tangentially related to the adolescent pregnancy project, such as documents relating to Orton serving as an expert witness at the Morgentaler trial and the Planned Parenthood of Newfoundland and Labrador libel trial, Orton's conference presentations, and documents related to lobbying efforts by the project members regarding sexual health policy in Ontario.
