This file contains a report written by Kate Braid and prepared for "Tradeswomen: A Winning Ticket", a conference sponsored by the Ruth Wynn Woodward Chair in Women's Studies at Simon Fraser University and the British Columbia Institute of technology with the support of the BC Construction Association. The conference was held at Vancouver on April 20-21, 2007.
