This file contains a report written by Kate Braid and prepared for "Tradeswomen: A Winning Ticket", a conference sponsored by the Ruth Wynn Woodward Chair in Women's Studies at Simon Fraser University and the British Columbia Institute of technology with the support of the BC Construction Association.
