This file contains records relating to the preparation, publication and launch of "Histiorians' Stories from Canada," a volume edited by Susan Mann. A note to file by Mann dated 20 July 2017 states: "The Creation of Historians' Stories was a 10 month adventure, Sept. 2009-June 2010 in which I persuaded 12 historians of my generation to write a 'story' and I would choose art work to accompany each story. For an account of how all this came about see 'An Historian Crosses Borders: The Making of Historians Stories' in [Unpblished Writings]. I had submitted that piece to Border Crossings as it seemed ideal for that magazine. Never even got an acknowledgement!"
