The series consists of incoming and outgoing professional correspondence and accompanying material created or received by Mr. Hreha in his various capacities with the Canadian Slovak League and the newspaper Kanadský Slovak, as well as personal correspondence with other Slovak personalities and institutions. In many cases, the personal correspondence is mixed with correspondence received or sent in official capacities.
