L’Entrelles est un collectif qui publie une revue destinée aux femmes de l’Outaouais. L’idée de fonder le collectif émerge à Hull au Québec le 2 décembre 1978, lorsqu’une cinquantaine de femmes se rencontrent suite à la publication de la politique d’ensemble sur la condition féminine au Québec rédigée par le Conseil sur le Statut de la Femme. Lors de la plénière, il est décidé que les femmes de l’Outaouais se donneront un outil de communication afin de briser leur isolement et mieux coordonner leurs énergies. Le 15 janvier 1979 parait le premier numéro sous le titre temporaire de « Femme d’ici », à 100 exemplaires. Le service de Consult-Action, du Conseil du Statut de la Femme assume l’impression et la distribution du premier numéro. Le deuxième numéro nommé définitivement « L’Entrelles » parait le 15 mars 1979. Les CLSC de l’Outaouais ont participé à son impression en 500 exemplaires. Une aide est également reçue de l’Association des Enseignants du Sud-Ouest Québécois.
La corporation a été constituée en 1980 pour « assurer la publication et la diffusion d’une revue régionale qui se préoccupe de la promotion de la femme dans tous les domaines possibles; offrir un outil de sensibilisation sur la condition féminine en général; susciter et promouvoir chez les femmes la création littéraire et artistique; réaliser toute autre activité en accord avec les objectifs précités; collaborer avec tout organisme et individu ayant des préoccupations similaires. » (Lettres Patentes, 1980). Le conseil d’administration permanent de la corporation était composé de 5 personnes.

L'Entrelles is a collective that publishes a magazine for women in the Outaouais. The idea of founding the collective emerged in Hull, Quebec, on December 2, 1978, when some fifty women met following the publication of the overall policy on the status of women in Quebec drafted by the Conseil sur le Statut de la Femme. During the plenary session, it was decided that the women of the Outaouais would create a communication tool to break their isolation and better coordinate their energies. On January 15, 1979, the first issue was published under the temporary title of "Femme d'ici", with a circulation of 100 copies. The Consult-Action service of the Conseil du Statut de la Femme was responsible for the printing and distribution of the first issue. The second issue, definitively named "L'Entrelles", was published on March 15, 1979. The CLSCs of the Outaouais participated in the printing of 500 copies. Assistance was also received from the Association des Enseignants du Sud-Ouest Québécois.
The corporation was incorporated in 1980 to "ensure the publication and distribution of a regional magazine concerned with the promotion of women in all possible fields; to offer a tool for raising awareness of the status of women in general; to encourage and promote literary and artistic creation among women; to carry out any other activity in accordance with the aforementioned objectives; to collaborate with any organization or individual having similar concerns. (Letters Patent, 1980). The permanent board of directors of the corporation was composed of 5 people.
