Nancy Adamson was Status of Women coordinator at Caleton University. The position was created to facilitate structural changes to address status of women's issues. As coordinator, Nancy Adamson identifies priority issues of various groups of women, and lobbies for changes to improve their status. The facing issues were childcare, sexual harassment, personal and campus safety, date rape, sexual assault, inaccessibility, sexism, employment and educational equity, and chilly climate.
