Scope and content
This file consists of a sound recording of a meeting of the Toronto CBC Women's Caucus, including a discussion about equity in the workplace in Ontario. The gathering, and the Caucus itself, was born out of a small group of women working in radio around 1994 who felt it was important to meet to discuss equity in the corporate workplace at the CBC [Canadian Broadcast Company]. Speakers include [Renée Pellerin?], the host; Juanita Westmorland, a guest speaker; as well as unidentified audience members. [Some audience members may be inaudible due to the quality of the original recording though steps were taken during digitization to improve user accessibility].
