The Women’s Career Counselling Service of Ottawa (WCC) fonds documents the feminist employment service’s lobby for survival when faced with budget cutbacks and with the cessation of federal funding in 1996. The fonds is especially focused on correspondence with Members of Parliament, objecting to the closing of the Outreach Program and supporting WCC’s continued operation. The fonds also documents the organization’s founding and the services and programs unique to WCC. The fonds includes minutes of meetings, reports, client surveys and records related to special events such as its anniversary celebrations.

Le fonds de L’Orientation au travail pour les femmes d’Ottawa (OTF) documente les pressions exercées par le service d'emploi féministe pour survivre face aux compressions budgétaires et à la cessation du financement fédéral en 1996.
