It contains eleven diaries written by Jan Gleiman (1893-1983) and his son Lubomir Gleiman (1923-2006)'s memoirs.

The Lois Bédard fonds reflects Bédard’s advocacy for women’s rights, as well as her professional involvement in the women’s union organization, Organized Working Women. The fonds focusses on administrative records from Organized Working Women, including Lois Bédard’s correspondence and executive reports from her time serving on the organization executive council in the early 1980s, until her resignation as president, in 1986.

The fonds reflects Lois Bédard’s efforts to lobby government and organizations to promote women’s equality. The fonds includes briefs, petitions, letters to government, and notices promoting equal pay for work of equal value, as well as women's reproductive rights, and their right to universal day care.

The Judith Erola fonds provides insights into the activities and functions of a Liberal Party Member of Parliament, serving as one of very few women in the Canadian Cabinet, in the early 1980s. The fonds documents Judith Erola’s ministerial activities, with news clippings reflecting on her legislative initiatives, especially in relation to her efforts to improve the status of women and to develop Northern Ontario’s mining industry. The fonds is focused especially on Judith Erola’s actions and priorities as Minister responsible for the Status of Women, containing numerous speeches delivered to bodies and organizations. The fonds also reflects on Judith Erola’s campaign to win the Nickel Belt riding in 1979 and contains photographs that reflect on Judith Erola’s overseas tours, professional duties, and visits with various officials.
