The Steven Gellman fonds consists of materials related to Gellman’s personal life and professional life as a composer and professor. The fonds has been divided into 5 series.
The collection consists of more than 450 theatre programs, season calendars, visitor guides, ticket stubs and magazines from 1977 to the present. Over more than 50 years, Canadian actors as Martha Henry, Sandra Oh, Shirley Douglas, Keifer Sutherland, Christopher Plummer, Richard Monette, Brent Carver, Maggie Smith, Heath Lamberts, Brian Bedford, William Hutt, but also major Canadian director and playwrights are represented in this collection.
The fonds consists of various materials related to Sylvia Spring's involvement as an activist, filmmaker, and conference speaker. It contains various types of textual, graphic, audio and video documents. It is divided into six series. The first series contains various material related to women’s issues. It includes posters, buttons, and stamps collections. The second series shows Sylvia Spring's various interventions in national and international conferences. The third series contains publications as comic books, dealing with topics related to women and the law, which texts were written by Sylvia Spring. The fourth series consists of records related to Sylvia Spring’s involvement to improve representation of women in the media. It reflects her implication in the MediaWatch organisation. The fifth series highlights Sylvia Spring’s films and productions as “Madeleine is…” (1969-1971), “Breaking the Silence. Stories from Aids Activists” (1996), “20th Century Gals (According to Babe)” (2000). It includes photographs of her meetings with different women filmmakers. The sixth series contains materials collected by Sylvia Spring on issues related to violence against women and includes Sylvia Spring’s documentaries on “Razor's Edge. The Controversy of Female Genital Mutilation” (2005) and “Our bodies… their battleground. This fonds documents Barbara Roberts’ work in helping organize the Peace Tent at the United Nations’ Third World Conference on the status of women in Kenya, Nairobi. The fonds contains research material accrued by Barbara Roberts, including audio recordings of the Peace Tent sessions and session transcripts as well as a limited amount of correspondence and notes created in the preparation of a prospective book on the Peace Tent. The fonds is composed of five series documenting Claire Deschênes' personal life, her academic career, her involvement with the NSERC Research Chair for Women in Science and Engineering for the Quebec section, her involvement with the Women in Engineering Committee of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec, her involvement with the Claire-Bonenfant Chair at Université Laval, and her involvement with the CFSG Quebec Advisory Committee.

The fonds consists of photographs taken by Rosenfeld of the 1970 abortion rights march organized by the Vancouver Women's Caucus. The march marked the beginning of a campaign that would later travel across Canada as the Abortion Caravan, ending in a large protest in Ottawa. Rosenfeld became interested in the Vancouver Women’s Caucus through her friend Ellen Woodsworth. The march started on the steps of the Vancouver Art Gallery, went through downtown Vancouver, and ended in front of the Hudson’s Bay Company with "brilliant performance of the street theatre in which several of [her] friends were involved." -- Le fonds comprend des photographies prises par Rosenfeld de la marche pour le droit à l'avortement organisée en 1970 par le Vancouver Women's Caucus. Cette manifestation a marqué le début d'une campagne qui a ensuite traversé le Canada sous le nom de Caravane de l'avortement. Elle s'est terminée par une grande manifestation à Ottawa. Rosenfeld s'est intéressée au Vancouver Women's Caucus par l'intermédiaire de son amie Ellen Woodsworth.
