Factum of the National Association of Women and the Law (NAWL)

This file contains two copies of the factum of the National Association of Women and the Law - one in French and one in English. The English version contains an appendix with Prohibitions Against Discrimination Based on Social Condition and Related Grounds in Human Rights Legislation. There was also a yellow sticky note at the end of the appendix with the words "move up" which has been removed.There are annotations made by Gwen Brodsky in the English version of the factum.
