This corpus contains copies of digital records relating to the International Conference of Women Engineers and Scientists (ICWES). It includes proceedings for ICWES-I to ICWES-XII, as well as digitized records of conferences I through XVII, such as lists of participants, reports, testimonials, correspondence, and photographs. ICWES VIII also includes recorded tapes and their (partial) transcriptions.This corpus also includes the gathered quantitative data created in analyzing conference records and testimonies gathered in preparation for the publication, "Women’s Contribution to Science and Technology through ICWES Conferences" by Monique Frize, Claire Deschênes and Ruby Heap (Springer: December 2023).
