Ontario Committee on the Status of Women (OCSW)

This series relates to Marjorie Cohen's work at the Ontario Committee on the Status of Women and certain issues that arose when she was there. The OCSW was a Toronto-based group formed in 1972 to press for the implementation of the recommendations of the report of the Royal Commission on the Status of Women. The Committee was composed of women from a cross section of occupations and associations and was affiliated with the National Action Committee on the Status of Women. This series consists of records related to cases about women and the laws, human rights, employment, pay and Pay Equity.

Women's Property Rights - Murdoch Forum - Bill 50-50
