The fonds consists of records related to the activities of the National Association of Women and the Law, its Steering Committee and Caucus'. Records are related to NAWL publications, conferences, administration, history and various issues. File consists of the conference programme, schedule, a paper entitled "Women in the Law School, the Law Firm and the Legal Profession," a transcript of a meeting, handwritten notes, as well as an invitation from the Minister of Justice to Shirley Greenberg, requesting her company. There is also a recap of the conference by Shirley Greenberg. The conference was held in Windsor, Ontario.
File also includes a report from the Interim Coordinating Committee regarding the Winnepeg Conference, content for the newsletter, and news from around the country (1974)

File consists of correspondence between the NAWL director and the Department of the Secretary of State regarding an access request the latter had received regarding access to documents related to NAWL funding and financial statements.
