File consists of the conference programme, schedule, a paper entitled "Women in the Law School, the Law Firm and the Legal Profession," a transcript of a meeting, handwritten notes, as well as an invitation from the Minister of Justice to Shirley Greenberg, requesting her company. There is also a recap of the conference by Shirley Greenberg. The conference was held in Windsor, Ontario.
