Laurence Clennett-Sirois est sociologue et chercheuse indépendante spécialisée dans les études sur le genre et les femmes. Elle a obtenu son baccalauréat en sciences sociales de l'Université du Québec en Outaouais en 2005, sa maîtrise en sociologie et en études des femmes de l'Université d'Ottawa d'Ottawa en 2008, et son doctorat en études de genre de l'Université de Sussex en 2013.
Elle a travaillé comme chargée de cours à temps partiel à l'Université du Québec en Outaouais de 2012 à 2018. En 2018, Clennett-Sirois est actuellement en poste en tant qu'analyste des politiques pour Condition féminine Canada.
